Miss Stead - KS2 Teaching Assistant

I have been a part of a fabulous team at Wyndham Primary School for approaching 8 years. As a learning support assistant, I support pupils in their educational, emotional and social development either individually, in groups or as a whole class.

The part of my job I enjoy the most is every day is different and unique. Meaning students are engaged and want to learn, enjoying the opportunities the school has to offer.
Throughout my time at Wyndham, the school has continued to be keen to support me through CPD, to develop my skills and progress in areas that are an interest to me. As a team we are fully committed to sharing our knowledge, good practice, communicating effectively and supporting each other through any challenges we may face.

It can be daunting beginning a new job in a new place of work. However, from my very first day at Wyndham, everyone was and continues to be extremely welcoming towards one another. A vital reason I have continued to be a part of this team, for several years, is due to the strength of our team spirit. Staff and leadership are not only hard working and conscientious, but approachable, passionate and filled with the drive to achieve the very best for the students. I am proud to tell people I work at Wyndham Primary School, and am excited to see where our growth and collaboration as a Trust takes us in the future.
